Since the beginning of the Russian invasion, the Church in Ukraine has been at the forefront of delivering aid, evacuating people, resettling displaced persons, and caring for the needy and hurting. These selfless men and women have been pouring out their time and their selves for months. They are exhausted, but there is no end in sight. In August we visited Ukraine and held a series of meetings in several cities around the country to encourage these invaluable workers that they are not alone, to find out what their greatest needs are, to connect Western donors with worthy projects, and to provide times of spiritual refreshment through corporate worship and prayer.
